Pat Gouhin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Pat currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Angel Capital Association, the largest angel professional development organization in the world. Prior to this, Pat worked as an Advisor, Coach, Mentor, and Volunteer in a self-employed capacity. Before that, they held the position of Executive Director & CEO at ISA, a global professional society for control system engineers and technicians. At ISA, they led a team of 60 employees across five corporations and successfully orchestrated an acquisition. Pat also has experience as the Chief Operating Officer at AIAA and as VP of Operations & Technology Transfer (Interim) at the National Institute of Aerospace.
Pat Gouhin has a background in aerospace engineering and engineering management. They studied Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at The Ohio State University. Pat also pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management at The George Washington University. They have obtained a Certificate in Advanced Management College from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Certificate in Executive Development Program from The Wharton School. In addition, Pat holds a certification as a Certified Association Executive from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), which was obtained in June 2016.
