Brendon Cullen, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory and financial management. Currently serving as a Manager at Ballenthin, Funk & Johnson, LLP since December 2019, Brendon specializes in buy-side and sell-side transaction due diligence for Private Equity clients, while also developing a comprehensive firm databook. Previous roles include Accounting Manager positions at SC Grade and Clam Outdoors, where Brendon honed skills in budget development, financial analysis, and process improvement. Additionally, Brendon contributes to the Angel Foundation as an Advisor on the Finance Committee and holds leadership roles within the organization's YPRO Council. Brendon began the career at Wipfli LLP, advancing from a Tax Intern to a Staff Accountant, where expertise in audit and tax preparation was established. Brendon holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
