David Gordon

David is a Chief Legal Officer, at Private Strategies for Angel Oak working on all legal matters at the firm.

David has spent the majority of his career representing financial institutions as both in-house and outside counsel and has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies as outside litigation counsel. David has extensive experience in consumer finance and consumer protection, as well as corporate governance, insolvency, and employment related matters.

David holds a B.B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and earned a J.D. and Transaction Law and Skills certificate from Emory University’s School of law.
