Deborah Heifner

Deborah Heifner currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Angel Staffing, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Deborah held multiple roles at Decypher from July 2018 to March 2024, culminating in the role of Vice President Operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Operations and Human Resources at Phyllis Browning Company from July 2014 to July 2018, and as Vice President Operations at Eagle Applied Sciences, LLC from March 2009 to March 2014. Deborah's career also includes being a Franchisee at KFC from November 1992 to March 2009 and a Community Liaison at AllCare Home Health Inc. from September 2005 to August 2006. Deborah holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Wayland Baptist University and Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration with an emphasis on Healthcare Management from both American InterContinental University and Adams State University.
