Emily Rash

Emily Rash currently serves as the Chief Value-Based Care Officer at US Heart and Vascular, a position held since March 2024. Emily also contributes as a Board Member at AngelEye Health, starting in November 2022. Previously, a substantial tenure at One Medical included roles such as VP Network Performance for Senior Health and Vice President of Operations for Colorado and Texas from September 2021 to March 2024. Emily’s experience spans various leadership positions in healthcare operations and strategy, including the role of Vice President of Operations at Iora Health and Senior Manager for Senior Markets at Premera Blue Cross. Educationally, Emily holds a Master of Business Administration from the Owen Graduate School of Management, with a focus on General Management, Healthcare, and Strategy, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the Haslam College of Business.
