Guatam Chandra Mandal

Guatam Chandra Mandal is an experienced finance and accounts professional with over two decades of expertise in managing large-scale projects and financial reporting. Currently serving as Dy Manager – Accounts at Angelique International Limited in Kinshasa, DRC, since July 2021, Guatam oversees major hydroelectric projects worth $342 million. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts at Rahee Infratech Ltd., managing nine projects worth INR 1100 Crores, and Manager - Finance & Accounts at SPML Infra Ltd., where responsibilities included financial reporting for ten projects worth INR 2450 Crores. Guatam began a career in finance as Senior Accountant at Calicut Engineering Works Ltd., and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Calcutta.
