Eduardo Orlandin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eduardo started their career at TAM S/A as a Coordinator, where they worked for four years. Eduardo then joined Capital Corporation as an Executive Sales, where they worked for seven years. Following that, they joined CTIL Logística as a Commercial Manager for four years. Eduardo then moved to Dell as a Sales Manager, where they managed sales teams and achieved sales targets for two years. Subsequently, they took up the role of Head of E-commerce / Sales Manager at Lojas Colombo S/A for a year and a half. Currently, they are working at Angeloni as the Head of E-commerce. In this role, they are responsible for strategic planning, the implementation of new technologies, marketing, and the development of the business plan for their new venture in the beverage industry. Eduardo is also responsible for the profitability and performance of multiple e-commerce platforms.

Eduardo Orlandin completed their undergraduate education at Unisinos from 1997 to 2002, earning a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Trade. Eduardo later pursued an MBA in Commercial Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for the academic year 2007-2008. Finally, they attended ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Administration, Business, and Marketing.
