Emmanuel LICHOU

Emmanuel LICHOU is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, consultancy, and innovation. Currently serving as Directeur général at Angers Technopole since February 2024, Emmanuel has over 30 years of expertise in supporting innovative projects. As an Animateur at APM since November 2018, engagement with a community of over 8000 francophone entrepreneurs has been a key focus. Additionally, Emmanuel serves as an Independent Administrator for APIA and has held leadership positions in various organizations, including founding Clarté Compagnie and advising on business transformation through DUCA CONSEIL. With academic credentials including a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Mathématiques appliquées and a DESS MAI in Mathématiques et informatique, Emmanuel has also held senior roles at OSIATIS, BT, and CS Communication & Systèmes, contributing to strategy development and operational management across multiple sectors.
