Erik Norum

Erik Norum is a Network Support Specialist at ANGI Energy Systems since May 2023, responsible for configuring and maintaining network hardware, providing user support, and optimizing LAN/WAN infrastructure. Concurrently, Erik serves as an Information Technology Specialist in the US Army Reserves, focusing on system administration and network security. Previous roles include Barback at At Random Cocktail Lounge and Shipping and Receiving Specialist at Pharma Logistics, where Erik advanced from an internship. Erik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which was completed in May 2023, and a High School Diploma from Grayslake North High School, obtained in 2018.
