Sandra Buchanan Hurse

Sandra Buchanan Hurse is the current Director at Angi. Prior to their current position, they held various senior human resource roles at Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Sandra has over 20 years of experience in the human resources field. Sandra began their career at JPMorgan Chase in 1998, where they held various positions over the course of eight years. In 2006, they joined Goldman Sachs as the Global Head of Securities Recruiting, leading the company's efforts to hire summer and full-time analysts and associates. In 2009, they were promoted to Global Head Revenue Recruiting, and in 2012, they were promoted again to co-Head Recruiting. In their current role, they are responsible for junior talent acquisition and campus diversity recruiting efforts.

In May of 2018, Sandra left Goldman Sachs to join Bank of America Merrill Lynch as the Global Head HR for their Global Corporate and Investment Banking division and the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for their GBAM division. Sandra held this position for just over a year before joining Angi in 2019.

Sandra Buchanan Hurse has a MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Baruch College.
