Angkor Balloon is one of the least polluting aircraft in the world, a Helium tethered balloon which can carry up to 30 passengers.

Under the management of the French operator and constructor of balloons Aérophile www.aerophile.com since March 2018, Angkor Balloon has been operating since 2003 in the same spot at 800 meters from the Angkor Wat west gate.
Ideally located, just a step from Angkor, on the road in between Airport (10 minutes’ drive) and Angkor Wat, it takes a 2 minutes’ drive to reach the west gate of Angkor Wat and there is no need for an Angkor Pass.

Situated in the middle of a 4 hectares Cambodian piece of land with its sugar palm trees ridding this balloon, will offer you a different approach of the Cambodian countryside and the unique opportunity to catch a glimpse of what could have been Angkor expansion.

Open daily, even if we remain at the weather and wind mercy, we operate from sunrise to sunset without interruption. 

Angkor Balloon is a 10 to 15 minutes ride with an amazing 360° view at approximately 120 meters from the ground! Expect views of the traditional Cambodian landscapes but also of Angkor Wat, Phnom Bakheng and West Baray and in clear-sky conditions, the Tonle Sap Lake and Phnom Khrom.

You do not need to book to fly with us! It is just recommended, if you like to fly for sunrise or sunset, privatise the aircraft or wish a special set up.
