John Canan

John Canan has over 34 years of strategic, operational and financial leadership experience. John recently retired from Merck & Co., Inc. where his last senior position was as Senior Vice-President, Global Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer for the Corporation. John has extensive international experiences, beginning with Price Waterhouse in Montreal, where he earned his Chartered Accountancy designation in Canada, as well as Hong Kong. His financial and operational experiences have allowed John to get a deep understanding of numerous international markets, particularly the Asia Pacific markets.
