Soum Sambath

Soum Sambath has been an active contributor to AHC for over 20 years. He is the CEO of Cam-Paint Ltd, a business he started in 2004 that has grown into the largest paint manufacturer in Cambodia.

Born in Cambodia, Sambath was orphaned at a young age and lived in a Thai refugee camp, only completing primary school before joining the workforce. Despite these challenges, he rose through professional ranks, entering top management positions within only ten years.

Today, he is a successful business executive and philanthropist in Cambodia. Sambath also serves as a board member and advisor for many Cambodian organisations, and is recognised as a Leadership Ambassador in Cambodia. He has been featured and interviewed in television programmes, periodicals, and conferences on business, entrepreneurship and leadership topics.
