Quidos accredited Commercial Energy Assessor using Design Builder software to produce Energy Performance Certificates, Building Regulation Part L Compliance calculations and provide energy efficiency advice for commercial property. As a qualified engineer with over 30 years construction industry experience we have a good understanding of design and construction techniques.
With the introduction of Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards in April 2018 making it unlawful (in most circumstances) to let out commercial buildings that are below an E Energy Rating it is essential to know how your building rates. At Anglia EPC we can run simulations and advise on any necessary improvements to ensure you are complying with the law.
We offer a friendly, competitive and professional service working with designers, architects, property developers and landlords to ensure compliance.
