Caroline H.

Caroline H. currently serves in the role of People Development/Early Careers within the L&D team at Anglian Water @one Alliance since July 2021, previously holding the position of PA to the Finance Director and SLT. Following a career break from April 2020 to June 2021, Caroline was Executive PA to the Chief of Staff at Tullow Oil from November 2010 to March 2020 and held earlier roles including Banking & Projects Assistant, B&B Manager at Ditton Lodge, Production Coordinator at Acclaim Events, and Account Manager at 1311 Events. Caroline is currently pursuing an L&D Consultant Business Partner Apprenticeship through MBKB, expected to complete in September 2025, and has obtained a Mini MBA in Business Administration and Management. Caroline holds a Creative Industries Degree focused on Live Music & Event Management from City, University of London, and a BTEC National Diploma in Music Performing Arts along with A Level qualifications in Music Technology. Caroline’s foundational education includes GCSEs from Rectory School.
