Don Kulatunga McIob

Don Kulatunga MCIOB is a seasoned project commercial manager currently employed at Anglian Water's @one Alliance since August 2025, with extensive experience as a quantity surveyor and project manager since April 2009 as a self-employed professional. Prior experience includes a senior quantity surveyor role at Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM, contributing to the HS2 Project, and working on the East London line rail project with Balfour Beatty plc. Previous positions at Network Rail, Laing O'Rourke, and in civil engineering further solidify a robust background in quantity surveying, commercial management, and project support. Don holds a degree in Building Construction Technology from the Chartered Institute of Building, a diploma in Business Administration from the Association of Business Executives, and a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Engineering Technology in Sri Lanka.
