Philip Botterill

Philip Botterill is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Environmental and Regulatory Solicitor at Anglian Water Services since October 2025. Prior to this role, Philip worked as a Senior Crown Prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service from January 2018 to October 2025. Philip also held the position of Partner and Solicitor at Sharman Law LLP from March 2009 to April 2017. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course and a Common Professional Exam from Birmingham City University, as well as a BA (Hons) in Criminology and Law from Coventry University. Philip completed secondary education at Sharnbrook Upper School.
