Lawrence McElrath

Lawrence McElrath serves as the Archbishop’s Canon and Chaplain for the Anglican Church in North America since March 2015, with prior roles as a Priest and Deacon in the Special Jurisdiction of the Armed Forces and Chaplaincy. In addition to ecclesiastical duties, Lawrence has been a Battalion Chaplain, Chaplain Candidate, and Military Police Officer in the US Army since January 2013. Previous pastoral experience includes positions as Curate at Holy Trinity Anglican Church and Assistant at St. Barnabas Anglican Church. Educational credentials include a Master of Divinity from Nashotah House and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Educational Ministries from Malone University.
