Linda Nicholls

Linda Nicholls is the Primate of the Anglican Church of Canada since July 2019, previously serving as the Diocesan Bishop of the Diocese of Huron from November 2016 to July 2019. Prior roles include Coadjutor Bishop within the Diocese of Huron, Suffragan Bishop in the Anglican Diocese of Toronto, and Coordinator of Dialogue for Ethics, Interfaith Relations and Congregational Development at the Anglican Church of Canada. Linda Nicholls began a pastoral career as a Parish Priest in multiple parishes of the Anglican Diocese of Toronto over nearly two decades. Academically, Linda holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Pedagogy and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto, as well as a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Wycliffe College at the University of Toronto.
