The People and Culture Team at the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle is responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture, managing talent acquisition and workforce transformation, and providing strategic HR support to enhance employee engagement and development across the Central Coast, Hunter, Newcastle, and surrounding regions of New South Wales.
