Sophie Kunze

Sophie Kunze is a seasoned CRM Platform Manager at Anglican Youthworks since February 2012, where Sophie oversees the end-to-end management of Salesforce and related systems, implementing various solutions including Fundraising, Accounting, ERP, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketo. Prior to this role, Sophie served as a Donor Relations Administrator and is a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator. From November 2004 to August 2011, Sophie worked at African Enterprise as a CRM Database Administrator, managing the database and leading the process migration from Donman to Blackbaud Raisers Edge.
