Jennifer Loakes has extensive experience in organisational development and talent management, currently serving as Head of Organisational Development and Talent at Anglicare Southern Queensland since November 2018. Prior roles include Manager of Capability and Development and Principal Consultant in Organisational Culture at the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (Queensland) from February 2016 to November 2018. Jennifer has held various positions as Provisional Psychologist at Hudson, Aurizon, and Arts Queensland, and served as Policy Manager at the Queensland Family and Child Commission. Jennifer holds a Master of Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology from The University of Queensland, along with additional training in Psychology Supervision from Griffith University.
