Following multiple managerial positions in various organizations including Complex Care and The Benevolent Society, Kelly has developed a strong background in practice and quality management. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Developmental Trauma from the Australian Childhood Foundation, a Graduate Diploma in Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from CQUniversity, along with ongoing leadership development through Leadership Management Australia.
