Scott Hardy is an experienced Business Intelligence professional with a strong track record in data analytics and management. Currently serving as Business Intelligence Manager at Anglicare Southern Queensland since April 2021, Scott leads initiatives to drive value from key datasets and is the author of the organization's Data & Analytics Strategy. Previous roles include BI Specialist at DBM Vircon, where Scott developed over 20 Power BI dashboards, and Senior BI Analyst at ghd, focusing on enhanced dashboard design and data warehousing. Scott has also held positions at HUB24 Limited, UnitingCare Queensland, and Blue Care, showcasing a consistent ability to implement impactful BI solutions and manage teams through organizational changes. Educational qualifications include a Post-graduate Certificate in Management from Lancaster University and a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Auckland.
