Peter Hicks

Mr Hicks is an independent company director. He has previously held senior leadership positions including CEO of Moorebank Intermodal Company and CFO of Leighton Contractors. He possesses deep commercial, building and financial experience and more than 15 years’ experience as a board member on several not- for-profit and commercial boards. Peter is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds tertiary qualifications in economics, planning and management. He is chairman of SCEGGS Darlinghurst and the Sydney Anglican Church Growth Corporation. He was appointed to the Board on 1 July 2016.
