Luis Felipe Sad Grossi

Luis Felipe Sad Grossi is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief of Staff, Governance Officer, and Innovation Officer at Anglo American since April 2021, where responsibilities include implementing compliance and corporate governance frameworks in Brazil and supporting executive management in strategic decision-making. In addition, Luis Felipe manages business improvement and innovation initiatives, particularly focusing on the Iron Ore and Nickel units and fostering open innovation partnerships. Concurrently, as a member of the Advisory Council for Technology and Innovation at FIEMG, Luis Felipe represents Anglo American. Previously, significant roles included IT Manager for Digital Transformation at Nidec Global Appliance, and extensive experience at Embraco across various managerial positions in technology, operations, and supply chain planning. Luis Felipe holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the Universidade Federal do Paraná and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
