Sandile Mnune

Sandile Mnune currently serves as the Plant Production Manager at Anglo American, a position held since June 2022. Additionally, Sandile is the Managing Director at SmartRoom Consultancy, specializing as a Process Improvement Engineer since January 2021. Sandile's previous roles include Process Superintendent at Minopex, Plant Production Manager at Northam Platinum, and PGM Recovery Plant Superintendent at Glencore among others, with extensive experience at Anglo American across various metallurgical roles from 2010 to 2016.
