Shishir Bhatnagar

Shishir Bhatnagar is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in navigation and training, having worked as a Nautical Consultant at Anglo Eastern from June 2012 to September 2025 and currently serving as Superintendent – Training since July 2025. Previous roles include Senior Management at Maersk Line, 2nd Officer at BW Gas AS, and Junior Navigating Officer at V.Ships, where Shishir was responsible for safe and efficient navigation operations. Additionally, Shishir contributed to educational initiatives as Supervisor for the Shakti Speak project and served as a Peer Mentor for The Spinal Foundation. Shishir holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Diploma in Nautical Sciences from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, along with various certifications in performance and palliative care.
