Robert Brack is an accomplished training and development professional with extensive experience in surface and civil mining operations. Currently serving as the Training and Development Superintendent at Macmahon since January 2023, Robert manages various training programs across Australia and Indonesia. Previous roles include Training Manager at WesTrac Cat, overseeing a team responsible for the development of over 180 apprentices, and multiple positions at Rio Tinto, including Training Lead and Training Specialist, where Robert implemented significant training initiatives and managed multiple training teams. Robert holds a Master's in Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Management, along with various other qualifications in business management, occupational health and safety, and training and assessment.
