Beatrice Opoku-Asare

Beatrice Opoku-Asare is currently the Vice President- Group Culture and Capability at AngloGold Ashanti, where Beatrice is responsible for Culture, Values and Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, as well as Talent acquisition and Talent management. Prior to their current role, Beatrice held various key positions at Newmont Corporation, including Senior Director in Human Resources, Global Talent Management, Inclusion and Diversity, and Regional HR Manager. Beatrice has also been involved in organizations such as IWiM and Colorado Diversity Council. Beatrice has a background in Natural Resource Management and has completed executive education programs at Yale School of Management.
