Brad Parker

Brad Parker is an accomplished geologist with extensive experience in exploration and resource development. Currently serving as the Superintendent Exploration & Resource Development at AngloGold Ashanti since March 2021, Parker oversees a significant annual budget exceeding $45 million. Previously, at Barrick Gold Corporation from May 2006 to March 2021, Parker held various roles, culminating as Superintendent Exploration, where management of exploration programs and budgets exceeding $15 million led to the addition of over 4 million ounces of inferred and indicated resources. Earlier in the career, significant contributions were made at Giants Reef Mining Limited and GOLD FIELDS, focusing on discovery and management of regional exploration projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honors) in Geology from Federation University Australia.
