Kabelo Madubane

Kabelo Madubane is an experienced professional in business improvement and procurement, currently serving as Senior: Business (Continuous) Improvement & Integration at AngloGold Ashanti since July 2015. Kabelo leads cross-functional teams utilizing data science methodologies to optimize revenue and costs throughout the business value chain. Previously, as Commodity Manager for drilling and mining contractors, Kabelo developed sourcing strategies that achieved significant annual savings. Other roles include Superintendent of Procurement at Sibanye-Stillwater, where Kabelo focused on cost reduction and strategic sourcing, and various positions at EOH, AngloGold Ashanti, Exxaro Resources, and Dunlop Tyres SA, accumulating expertise in commodity management, supplier relations, and operational excellence.
