Nathan van Noordwyk

Nathan van Noordwyk is a seasoned metallurgist with over a decade of experience in the mining industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager Metallurgy at AngloGold Ashanti since January 2011. In this role, Nathan oversees metallurgical technical services and governance across global operations, focusing on process improvement and efficiency. Nathan's previous positions include Plant Manager and Technical Metallurgist, where responsibilities encompassed meeting production targets, mentoring junior staff, managing efficiency projects, and ensuring technical excellence. Nathan has also worked at Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited as a Plant Manager. Nathan holds a B. Eng in Chemical Engineering from North-West University, attained in 2010.
