Anca Gabriela Felder

Anca Gabriela Felder has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Co-Head of OEM/Online HR (ad interim) and Leader of Talent Acquisition at Angst+Pfister since June 2021. Anca's professional background includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company, as well as serving as Talent Acquisition & Community Manager at Arpage from September 2017 to May 2021. Previously, Anca worked as a Recruiter IT & Engineering at Randstad Switzerland, and as a Local Recruitment Business Partner at Unisys. Anca's early career included a position as a Sales and Account Officer at Alpha Bank. Anca holds a Master's Degree in Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București, complemented by a high school diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Gheorghe Lazar National College.
