Head Of Market Unit Drive Technology at Angst+Pfister

Melanie Delonca has had extensive work experience in the mechanical engineering field. Melanie started their career as a PhD student at CERN, where they worked on the development and testing of a high power liquid loop target. After completing their PhD, they continued to work at CERN as a Fellow, managing the fabrication of the target and overseeing the experimental phase. In 2018, they joined the Swiss Plasma Center - EPFL as a mechanical engineer, focusing on the development of different mechanical systems for the Tokamak. Most recently, they became the Head of Market Unit Drive Technology at Angst+Pfister, where they are responsible for leading the drive technology market unit.

Melanie Delonca completed their education in two stages. Melanie started in 2006 and finished in 2011 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UTBM. After that, they pursued further studies and from 2011 to 2015, they obtained a PhD thesis in Mechanical Engineering from ed spim - universite de Franche Comte.
