Xavier Martí i Castells is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in intellectual property and litigation. Previous roles include outside lawyer for AMEC until December 2022, and intellectual property lawyer at ISERN PATENTES Y MARCAS and Clarke, Modet & Co. Xavier's educational background features a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from Universitat d'Alacant, a Certified Licensing Professional Program, and specialized training in litigation techniques. Further studies include an Erasmus programme at The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Laws from Universitat de Barcelona.
