Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, a company established in August 2020 specializing in an online store for organic body care products and environmental sustainability. Since January 2016, Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019. In addition, Mariana was a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
