We are a visionary, people-centered design and construction firm, specializing in sustainable developments and off-grid solutions.

Founded in 2020 by Francisco Javier Angulo Grijalva, a Master in Sustainable Architecture, we bring over a decade of expertise in bioclimatic design and construction to address today’s global economic, social, and environmental challenges.

With a portfolio of 100+ projects and successful management of 20 construction processes, we create spaces that inspire and contribute positively to both users and the environment.

Our mission is to design and build smarter, more efficiently, and responsibly, leading us toward our vision of becoming a game-changing firm in sustainable development and off-grid solutions.

Our Six-Step Process:
1️⃣ Define Purpose: Understand the deeper motivations behind the project to articulate what success looks like and focus on creating lasting value.
2️⃣ Site Discovery: Unveil the essence, vocation, and potential of the site while mapping its internal and external factors to guide meaningful design.
3️⃣ Conceptual Design: Through an iterative process, our architects craft innovative proposals embodying the project’s purpose and the unique story of its place.
4️⃣ Executive Project: Polish the winning proposal by integrating regenerative design, bioclimatic calculations, civil engineering, and a detailed construction budget and plan.
5️⃣ Construction & Delivery: Meticulously manage budgets, timelines, contracts, and quality to ensure seamless project execution.
6️⃣ Certification & Beyond: Assist in securing green certifications and remain available for future upgrades or enhancements.

Through thoughtful planning, sustainable design, and lean construction methodologies, we ensure each project exceeds client expectations and unlocks the full potential of its enviroment.
