Robert Schilz has extensive work experience in operations and technology management. Robert began their career at McMaster-Carr in 2003, where they worked in operations management for seven years. In 2010, they joined Fuchs Lubricants Co. as a supply chain manager before being promoted to director of Harvey Operations in 2014. In 2017, Schilz joined ANGUS Chemical Company as an operations manager, and later became the operations and technology director.
Robert Schilz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech between 1998 and 2002. Robert then pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Operations Management at DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2008 to 2010.
