Chih-Chung Chen

Chih-Chung Chen has worked in various roles in the telecommunications industry. From 1996 to 1997, they served as a Programmer Analyst at WinStar Communications. In 1997, they transitioned to NOS Communications, where they continued to work as a Programmer Analyst until 2003. In 2003, Chen joined ANI Networks as a Software Development Manager.

Chih-Chung Chen attended The University of Southern Mississippi from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Chih-Chung then furthered their education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1994 to 1996, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Computer Science.
