Benoit Lemaignan

Benoit Lemaignan is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the energy and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Founder and Investor at Atoba Energy since November 2024, Lemaignan also co-founded and leads Verkor as CEO since July 2020. In addition, Lemaignan has co-founded Waga Energy and Aniah, holding key roles such as Co-Founder, Investor, and Board Member at both organizations. An expert in sustainability, Lemaignan contributes to the Apm - Association Progrès du Management as a climate and energy lecturer. Previous positions include Senior Manager at EIT InnoEnergy and Investment Director at Meridiam, among others. Lemaignan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Aeronautics from ISAE-SUPAERO and entrepreneurship training from emlyon business school.
