Ajay Anand

Ajay is the CFO of Anicut Capital. At Anicut, he also leads the Angel Fund initiative where he oversees deal diligence, structuring, investor connect and post investment mentoring and monitoring. He has over a decade of experience in early-stage start-up funding in the field of corporate law, diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, investor relations and compliances.

Ajay is a B.COM (Hons.) graduate and holds a Law degree.
