Dhruv Kapoor

Dhruv Kapoor is currently a Partner at Anicut Capital. Dhruv was previously with Sistema Asia Capital from July 2016 to December 2021, where they were a Partner. Their focus there was on consumer technology and SAAS businesses in India, and they led investments in Licious, LendingKart, Kissht, Wooplr, and Mobikon. Prior to that, they were with Helion Ventures from July 2008 to June 2016 as Vice President. There they gained seed to Series B investing experience in technology and consumer services sectors in India. Some of the investments they assisted with include Azure Power, Ezetap, CrownIt, MoEngage, LifeCell, RailYatri, Shubham, and Wooplr. Before that, they were with McKinsey & Company from April 2004 to June 2008 as a Senior Research Analyst where they did investment management strategy consulting and research. Dhruv started their career as a Banking Officer with ABN AMRO from June 1999 to July 2001.

Dhruv Kapoor has completed their MBA in International Business & Finance from Symbiosis Institute of International Business. Prior to that, they completed their B.Com (Hons) in Commerce from Delhi University. Dhruv has also completed a Venture Capital Development Program from ISB Executive Education.
