Noel Lim is the Co-Founder and CEO of Anika Legal, where they have been since February 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Lead Operations Manager and Optimisation Manager at GradReady Pty. Ltd from June 2014 to July 2016. Noel also held the role of Recruitment Coordinator at GradReady, ensuring staffing needs were met country-wide. With a background in law and criminology, Noel's education includes a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. Additionally, Noel has completed leadership development programs through Leadership Victoria and Common Code. In their roles, Noel focuses on optimizing work processes, improving recruitment and hiring, and managing operations to ensure ongoing success and growth.
