Cecilia Jones, MBA, CSM, CSPO

Cecilia Jones, MBA, CSM, CSPO has worked in a variety of roles in the business and technology space since 2003. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Contractor for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in the role of Senior SAP Test Lead and Defect Coordinator. In 2007, they moved into the role of Senior Transition Management Specialist with the IRS. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as an Independent Contractor for the IRS in various roles, including Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, Senior Requirements Analyst, Senior Business Rules Consultant, Senior Change Management Analyst, and Senior Business Process Consultant. In 2019, they returned to the IRS as an Independent Contractor in the role of Senior Business Analyst. In 2020, they joined Chevo Consulting, LLC as a Senior Business Analyst, where they contributed to IRS IT Modernization Portfolio Planning by collecting data, analyzing information, and developing custom reports. Cecilia is currently employed at Anika Systems as a Business Analyst.

Cecilia Jones holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, which they obtained in 1995 after studying Business Administration and Management, General. Cecilia also holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they obtained in 1990 after studying Business Administration and Management, General. In addition, Jones has obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn and the Scrum Alliance, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
