Joe Klaus has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joe started their career as a Chief of the Guard for the US Navy from 2013 to 2015, where they conducted security operations and supervised a team in hostile territories. Joe then became a Law Enforcement Officer from 2016 to 2017, performing law enforcement and force protection procedures.

In 2017, Joe joined the US Army as a Fire Support Specialist, planning and executing fire missions. Joe was promoted to Manager in 2019, where they managed and trained a team in leadership skills and fire support strategies. Joe left the US Army in 2020.

During the same year, Joe worked as a Student at Microsoft, where they learned about software development and built proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio. Joe then joined Anika Systems as an RPA Developer in 2020, where they are currently employed.

Joe Klaus attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2020, where they completed a Certification Program in Cloud Application Development. In addition to their university education, Joe also obtained several certifications. Joe became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate in May 2021 and a UiPath Advanced RPA Developer in April 2021. Joe obtained the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals certification in October 2020 and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification in July 2020. Prior to that, they obtained the Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) 98-361 Software Development Fundamentals certification in March 2020 and the CompTIA Security+ certification in July 2021. Most recently, in January 2022, Joe obtained the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate certification.
