George Lakomy

George Lakomy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. George started their career as an R&D Engineer at The Haartz Corporation in 1999 and worked there until 2002. In 2002, they joined Alkermes as a Process Engineer for a short period of time. Following that, they joined Anika in 2002 and held various positions including Staff Engineer, Senior Process Engineer, Process Engineering Manager, and Director of Process Engineering. Currently, they are the Executive Director of Operations at Anika, a position they have held since August 2021.

George Lakomy earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they attended from 1994 to 1999.
