Sheryl Conley

Sheryl Conley, MBA, NACD.DC, is an experienced board director with a strong background in the medical technology and orthopedic industries. Currently, Sheryl serves on the boards of Neuronetics, Inc. and Anika, acting as Chair of the Compensation Committees while also participating in Audit and Nom Governance Committees. Previously, Sheryl held director roles at Keystone Dental Group and Surgalign, where responsibilities included leading audit committees and driving digital surgery innovations. As President and Board Director of AcceLINX, Sheryl initiated a musculoskeletal health accelerator, and as President and CEO of OrthoWorx, Sheryl strategically advanced community and industry initiatives in the orthopedic sector. Sheryl's extensive tenure at Zimmer included various leadership roles, culminating in key positions that drove product development, market share growth, and operational success. Educationally, Sheryl holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Ball State University.
