Tom Finnerty

Tom Finnerty has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Tom began their career at The Foxboro Company as a Senior HR Manager and Operations Manager, where they worked from 1980 to 1990. Tom then joined Novartis/Chiron Diagnostics as an Executive Director of Human Resources from 1990 to 1999. After that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Smith & Nephew from 1999 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Anika Therapeutics, starting in 2017.

Tom Finnerty completed their education at Babson College, where they obtained their Masters in Business Administration from 1982 to 1985. Prior to that, they attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1976 to 1980, where they earned their BS in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management.
