Rachel Mumford

Rachel Mumford has worked at Anima since 2021 as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, they worked at HM Treasury from 2018-2021 in various roles, including Head of Innovation Finance & Entrepreneurship, Enterprise & Growth Unit, Policy Adviser - Public Value Unit, Public Spending, Policy Adviser - Primary Markets & Competitiveness, Financial Services, and Policy Adviser - Domestic Preparation for EU Exit, Financial Services.

Rachel Mumford studied at Hendon School from 2007 to 2014. Rachel then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography at the University of Cambridge, graduating in 2017. Rachel subsequently completed a Master of Philosophy - MPhil in Geographical Research at the University of Cambridge in 2018.
